Spring AC Tune-Up (March–May)
Air Conditioning Maintenance in Houston
- Clean condenser coil and remove debris
- Inspect condenser and evaporator coils

- Check refrigerant levels, pressures, subcooling, and superheat
- Inspect blower wheel and airflow
