Master Air installed a heat pump in a quick and efficient manor. Joey and Anthony worked with me during the startup to insure that it worked properly. They listened to me and reacted properly and worked through some minor issues. Anthony took his time and used his expertise to get it right. I recommend them highly.

The A/C condensor unit started unexpectedly shutting down. The first company mis-diagnosed the problem. Called Master Air out and in a few minutes they correctly found the problem. The compressor was on its' last leg. Solutions were discussed, a competitive bid was provided and two days later we had a new A/C unit. The install went smoothly. Efficient, clean and professional. The system was checked twice to make sure everything was operating correctly. I was impressed. Thanks Joey.

We have had A/C people in over the years to scratch their heads over our A/C design flaws never to be seen again. So we were hoping that calling Master Air would result in a different outcome. We were not disappointed! Kevin and Joey know their business. They immediately started diagnosing our 20 year old A/Cs, the duct work and efficiency issues, and told us what they could do to make our home more comfortable and energy efficient. They were prompt, came when they said they would, had both air conditioners and components installed in two days. Our house feels like a different house. No more hot spots, no more messing with the thermostat to try to make certain rooms more comfortable. We absolutely recommend Master Air for your A/C and heating needs!! They are knowledgeable, courteous and have a great team working with them!!

Due to my ignorance and impatience, we ended up with a less than ideal situation with no AC during the heat of a Houston summer. Dakota, the technician arrived very quickly and did an awesome job! He was here and gone in about 30 minutes! Definitely will call Master Air in the future and highly recommend Dakota and Master Air to friends and family!

Once again, Master Air was Johnny-on-the-spot. I've watched their vans pass by our offices all week long in this crazy TEXAS HEAT...I know they are busy. When my home's upstairs air conditioner stopped working this afternoon they somehow got there AND FIXED IT!!! in less than a couple hours from our request for help. My wife was overjoyed! Can't guarantee they will be that fast to every call with so many units going down in this HEAT, but I can assure you that they are tremendously kind folks, who do great work, who value people, and actually care about your situation.
