Master Air Inc. has been servicing both residential and commercial air conditioning and

heating needs in the greater Pearland area for over 20 years. Kevin and Kerry Mohammadian

founded Master Air the summer of 1988, after Kevin’s 10 years of experience working in the

HVAC industry. Kevin graduated from San Jacinto Community College’s Air Conditioning and

Heating Certification Program. Unique among most air conditioning companies today Kevin also

graduated in 1983 from Texas Southern University with a Mechanical Engineering degree, which

Master Air features American Standard equipment, and is proud to be listed as an American

Standard Customer Care Dealer. The Customer Care Dealer designation recognizes only the highest

levels of performance and customer satisfaction, and must be maintained through consistently

positive feedback to American Standard for the customer service provided. Master Air also carries a

After traveling the world as part of a military family, Kerry settled in the Pearland area, and

graduated from J Frank Dobie High school in 1981, and now functions as the Business Coordinator

for Master Air. Kerry also works part time as a licensed Realtor with Texas Properties.  The

In the spring of 2001, Master Air opened their new showroom, office

and warehouse complex on FM 518 near Gringo’s Restaurant. Master Air built

their business on a strong foundation of trust, honesty and integrity, and maintains

those values today. Master Air is a member of ACCA, and actively participates in

Pearland Chamber of Commerce functions and activities. Master Air

continually sends their technicians to training seminars to upgrade their skills, and

thus can provide service and warranty work on all makes and models of air

conditioning and heating equipment.
